At Tanner De Witt Solicitors, Rowan works closely with the Employment team. He also assists with a range of immigration matters.
Rowan attended the University of Nottingham to read law and the University of Hong Kong where he obtained his PCLL. He joined Tanner De Witt in 2011 as a trainee and in September 2014 he qualified as a practising solicitor after taking a year off to kick-off his professional rugby career.
Rowan continues to pursue playing rugby on a professional level, playing for the Hong Kong 15 and 7-a-side team and the invitation only team, the Barbarians. He is a two-time Asian Games Silver Medallist (2010, 2014) and he received the silver medal at the East Asian Games in 2009.

Rowan worked with a major sporting body in Hong Kong to develop and draft a range of documents including employment contracts for athletes and a template set of documents for the incorporation of rugby clubs in Hong Kong.
He assisted in the naturalisation of several athletes from various countries as Chinese citizens in order for them to be eligible to represent Hong Kong in major sporting events including the Olympic Games.

- Entitlements under bonus and share option schemes
- Personal Privacy issues including preparing appropriate privacy statements
