Prudence Tai

Prudence joined Tanner De Witt as a trainee solicitor in June 2007. She completed her LLB degree and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong, after which she spent ten months at Electrolux AB in Sweden working on Sarbanes Oxley compliance. She focuses on insolvency-related matters.

• Acting for the Joint and Several Liquidators of an airline company in resisting an application for assertion of right to lien over some aircraft documents.
• Assisting the Joint Receivers in Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands to receive an individual's assets resulting from a breach of a Mareva Injunction Order.
