Amber is a Paralegal (pending admission) in our Corporate and Commercial Practice. She qualified in Hong Kong as a solicitor in 2025. Amber has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, China-related practice and financial regulation.

Amber completed her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws with a specialization in maritime law from Dalian Maritime University.

Amber speaks native Mandarin and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
