Fat Boys 10s Rugby Tournament, 27 August 2005, in Aid of Angeles Bahay Bata Center

Tanner De Witt sponsored the Second International Invitational Fat Boys 10s rugby tournament, which took place at Clark Air Base, Pampanga, Philippines on 27 August 2005, raising a total of HK$150,000. 60% of the proceeds are going to the Angeles Bahay Bata Center and the remaining 40% to the Philippines Rugby Union Development Fund.

Members of the Tanner De Witt partnership travelled to the event to present a cheque.

Angeles Bahay Bata Center

The Bahay Bata Center, in Cuayan, Angeles City, is a children's home established in 1999 by the Rotary Club of Clark Centennial to offer shelter to street children, many of whom suffer from physical, emotional and other abuse, neglect and drug addiction. The project now includes a 60-bed dormitory, a six-room school, medical and dental clinic, and a half-way house for the newly admitted.
