Biography

Olivia is a Company Secretary in our Corporate and Commercial Practice, having joined the firm in November 2021. She specialises in providing a full range of company secretarial services to companies in compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements. 

She has a particular interest in assisting with solicitors as a team for the completion of special projects or coordinating with outside parties to accomplish tasks as may from time to time be required.        

She is a member of HKCGI with more than 10 years of experience working for professional firms and in-house companies of business groups.
