Amber is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial Practice. She qualified in Hong Kong as a solicitor in 2025. Amber has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, China-related practice and financial regulation.
Amber completed her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws with a specialization in maritime law from Dalian Maritime University.

Nicole is an Associate in our Employment Practice. She is involved in a broad range of employment work including advising employers and employees on various employment law matters regarding recruitment, employees’ rights, termination, post-termination restrictions and harassment. Nicole has experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Nicole also has experience in commercial litigation involving international and cross-border contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and fraud cases, dealing also with injunction and disclosure applications.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom in 2019, Nicole obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020.

Elizabeth is an associate in our Family Practice. Elizabeth’s focus is on children and matrimonial law, advising spouses, parents, and next friends and guardians ad litem of minors in a wide range of applications and disputes. Elizabeth has special interest in matters relating to child protection and sexual orientation discrimination. She has acted in applications for judicial review on matters of significant public interest concerning the equality rights of sexual minorities and their children and families in Hong Kong.
Elizabeth has experience in both public and private wardship proceedings, Hague Convention child abduction proceedings, custody and other disputes relating to children (including applications for adoption, permanent relocation, and declarations of paternity), as well as divorce, separation, and financial arrangements for spouse and children. Elizabeth advises on intimate partner violence and applications for emergency injunctive relief.
Elizabeth also has experience in assisting with both within and out of policy immigration applications. In addition to her work with the Family team, Elizabeth has supported Tanner De Witt’s Litigation and Corporate and Commercial practices, during which time she gained experience in injunction proceedings, extensive multi-level asset tracing, employment disputes, trademarks, immigration, and private client matters.
Elizabeth received a BA (Asian Studies and Psychology) from the University of Sydney. Raymond is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Practice. He qualified in Hong Kong as a solicitor in 2020.
Raymond has experience advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including initial public offerings, share sale and purchase transactions, bank loan facilities, and venture capital transactions. He has extensive experience conducting due diligence and drafting documents including investment term sheets, shareholder agreements and subscription agreements.
His practice also includes assisting clients with estate planning, wills, probate, and trust matters. In addition, he assists our Intellectual Property practice, handling international trademark portfolios and managing Hong Kong trademarks for several clients. As well as our Immigration practice, advising clients on various immigration-related applications.
Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, Raymond trained at an established independent Hong Kong law firm in both dispute resolution and corporate practice.

Ling is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice, focusing on civil and commercial disputes. Her practice encompasses both arbitration and litigation.
Ling regularly advises clients on cross-border disputes and possesses experience in managing complex multi-jurisdiction litigations as lead counsel, instructing, and collaborating with local and offshore law firms.
Ling represents clients on a number of high-stakes matters across industries including finance, shipping, pharmaceutical, insurance, manufacturing, and hospitality. Her clients range from multinational corporations, private and listed companies, financial institutions, liquidators, accounting firms, to high net worth individuals. Ling provides counsel on a wide spectrum of disputes, including shareholders’ and contractual disputes, sale of goods issues, contentious intellectual property matters, asset tracing and enforcement proceedings.
Ling holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Zhejiang University and a Master of Arts in Museum Studies / History of Contemporary Art from the San Francisco Art Institute. She read law at the University of Hong Kong, where she obtained her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong to pursue her legal career, Ling worked closely with artists, filmmakers, museums, and non-profit organisations on contemporary art projects in the United States.

- Represented an SFC-licensed financial institution – acting as a share custodian – in a multi-million US dollar dispute that involved both an HKIAC arbitration and an action in the High Court, between the client, the lender, and the borrowers, over shares in a Hong Kong listed company; the claim was based on alleged breaches of the Money Lenders Ordinance, and concerned a share custodian’s obligations with respect to shares deposited by borrowers as security for a loan.
- Acting for a British multinational pharmaceutical company in an HKIAC arbitration commenced by a PRC-based pharmaceutical distribution company involving a multi-million US dollar damages claim for breach of distribution contracts.
- Advising a NASDAQ-listed blockchain technology company in a multi-million dollar dispute against a supplier for semiconductors.
- Advised a major Asian shipping company in HKIAC arbitration proceedings in relation to disputes arising out of certain charter parties and related contractual documents, as well as advising the client in relation to enforcement of arbitration awards.
- Acting for a US-based biotechnology company in an action to recover funds from a corporate defendant’s Hong Kong bank account on the basis that the funds are beneficially owned by the individual defendant. Kritika is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice, focusing on civil and commercial disputes as well as white collar crime. She is a dual-qualified lawyer.
Kritika advises clients in a broad range of contentious matters. She is experienced in handling large-scale Court trials and successfully secured an acquittal for the defendant in a litigation involving ICAC investigation into criminal fraud. Kritika advises clients in commercial matters involving debt recovery, breach of fiduciary duties of directors, contempt applications for enforcement of injunctions. Kritika has handled summary judgment applications from the plaintiff and the defendant sides. Kritika also works on contentious intellectual property matters.
In India, Kritika has worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a leading Indian law firm as well as a civil and commercial litigator.
Kritika is also a strong believer in diversity and inclusion. As a committee member of the Women in Law Hong Kong, she organised the WILHK Mentoring Programme- 2023 for young female lawyers. She is committed to WILHK’s Everyday Behaviour Project to make the Hong Kong legal space more inclusive. Kritika finds purpose in giving and is actively involved in pro bono initiatives and has volunteered with various NGOs in her personal capacity.
