Biography
Adam advises clients on a broad range of matters in civil and commercial litigation including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, cyber fraud and asset tracing. He also has significant experience in dealing with criminal matters before the Police, Immigration Department, Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) and Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and obtained his Juris Doctor and PCLL at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Adam is a native Cantonese speaker, and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Biography
- Acting for different foreign Plaintiffs in recovering stolen funds from various recipients in Hong Kong through urgent injunction and disclosure applications, and enforcing judgment by way of garnishee proceedings
- Acting for a Hong Kong company in winding-up proceedings involving a debt of more than US$300 million.
- Acting for an owner of prestigious commercial premises involving a tenancy claim of more than HK$10 million.
- Acted for a high-net-worth individual in a shareholders dispute which involved the engagement of forensic accountants.
- Acted in several land recovery actions against unlawful occupiers of lands in the New Territories.
