The New Companies Ordinance came into effect in March 2014. Many of Hong Kong’s business owners and directors have questions as to how these legal changes will affect them and their businesses. In a bid to explain what the new Companies Ordinance means for entrepreneurs and senior management, Hong Kong law firm Tanner De Witt’s Edmond Leung wrote an article called “New Companies Ordinance – 10 Key Changes” and gave a presentation at a dinner hosted by the Rotary Club of Lan Kwai Fong on 4 April 2014.
