Biography
Jamie Choy is an Associate in our Family Practice. She was admitted as a solicitor in November 2022 and joined us in September 2020. She has experience in matters regarding divorce, children’s arrangements, and ancillary relief.
She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university.
Biography
- Acted for clients regarding disputes over custody, care control and access arrangements.
- Acted for clients regarding the temporary removal of children for overseas holiday travel.
- Acted for a client in a pro-brono capacity regarding children’s arrangements and permanent removal applications.
- Advised on ancillary relief settlement including spousal maintenance, children’s maintenance, and asset division.
- Assisted in advising clients on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
