Biography
Wayne read law at City University of Hong Kong, where he graduated first in his class. He earned his MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) from the University of Oxford and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Before joining us, he undertook internships at various law firms and legal departments of multinational companies and mini-pupillages at chambers.
He speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
