Biography
Jeremy is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice having joined the firm in 2026.
He is a specialist in civil litigation and his experience spans across various industry sectors with emphasis on shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, cross-border contractual disputes, civil fraud and recovery and real estate and property disputes.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Jeremy has been granted higher rights of audience in respect of civil proceedings before all courts in Hong Kong including Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal.
Jeremy read law at The University of Hong Kong (LLB and PCLL).
He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Acted for a multinational corporate victim of fraud in asset-tracing claims (constructive trust; unjust enrichment); obtained banker’s records orders and vesting orders (as sole advocate).
- Acted for a luxury-goods retailer in its misrepresentation claim concerning commercial agreement.
- Acted for an ultra-high net worth landowner client in its dispute on Crown Lease interpretation involving substantial land premium.
- Acted for a listed property developer its DMC interpretation disputes concerning a major residential development.
