Veronica Chan awarded as “junior” woman under the age of 40 who is a name to watch in the future by GRR

Tanner De Witt is delighted to announce that one of our Partners, Veronica Chan, has been recognised as “junior” woman under the age of 40 who is a name to watch in the future by Global Restructuring Review.

In a survey conducted by Global Restructuring Review, which ran from 27 January to 17 March, respondents were asked to name three influential women in cross-border Restructuring and Insolvency Globally across categories. A majority of the respondents nominated Veronica Chan as the most influential woman who is a name to watch in the future.

Veronica is a Partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency department having joined the firm as a solicitor in 2015. She acts and advises in a variety of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including acting for liquidators, receivers, creditors and directors. Veronica acts and advises in various high-profile matters from bankruptcy to cross border insolvency matters and focuses on a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including acting for liquidators, receivers, creditors and directors. She also advises and acts in general commercial litigation including shareholders’ disputes, commercial and contractual disputes and contentious intellectual property matters, in particular, trademark disputes.
