Biography
Jane is an Associate in our Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. She assists on various matters including cross-border liquidation, commercial disputes, and debt recovery.
Jane worked on a wide range of matters including cross-border liquidation, commercial fraud, shareholders disputes, arbitration, matrimonial proceedings for high-net value individuals, and a variety of commercial transactions.
Jane completed her JD at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Criminal Science and Technology at The Criminal Investigation Police University of China and completed a summer English programme at The University of Southern California. She also has completed internships at several law firms in Hong Kong and China and in-house at an investment company in Hong Kong.
Jane is a native Mandarin speaker, and fluent in English and Cantonese.

- Assisting with the opposition of winding up a petition of a leading PRC e-commerce company;
- Assisting a high-value individual in relation to debt recovery in the amount of USD30million;
- Assisting an international asset management company in relation to debt recovery under various facility arrangements (total amount being over USD50million)
