Tanner De Witt seeks Corporate and Commercial Solicitor (3-5 PQE)

Tanner De Witt seeks a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join the Corporate and Commercial Department. Join one of the largest independent law firms in Hong Kong servicing a global client base with business interests in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific Region.

The successful candidate will:

• have sound experience in general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, fund formation and SFC regulatory and compliance;
• possess solid legal knowledge, good drafting skills, a strong business sense and a pro-active working attitude;
• possess excellent legal knowledge, client skills and common sense;
• be comfortable working individually and as part of a team; and
• be fluent in English and Chinese.

Requirements:

• 3-5 PQE within a Hong Kong law firm
