Tanner De Witt Assistant Marketing Manager (5+ years’ experience)

The Assistant Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing and Business Development Manager and responsibilities include:

  • Management of internal and external marketing events including conferences, seminars, dinners, cocktail receptions, lunches and sporting events;
  • Foreign travel support for fee earners;
  • Digital marketing support / graphic design;
  • Photography and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (spoken and written Cantonese is an advantage);
  • Able to manage wide range of tasks with a creative mindset;
  • 5+ years’ relevant work experience;
  • Self-starter with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
  • Exemplary communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, web, digital);
  • Design skills are preferred (Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign).
