Tanner De Witt is pleased to announce that Ian De Witt has been invited to chair the session Dispute Resolution in China: to litigate or arbitrate? at the Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Summit 2015, a guide to managing disputes in an increasingly complex cross-border environment. Ian will chair speakers Leanne Zheng (Partner, Jun He Law Offices), Brad Wang (Counsel and Case Manager, CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration) and Chen Xu (Chief Counsel, Greater China, Cargill Investments). The conference will take place on 24 September 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.
