Robin Darton chairs session at TMA Symposium in Hong Kong

Tanner De Witt’s Robin Darton sits on the organising committee of and will chair the first session at Turnaround Management Association’s second annual Symposium in Hong Kong on October 23 2015 to be held at Latham & Watkins’ offices. This symposium will involve discussions between the region’s leading restructuring and insolvency practitioners, investors, fund managers, investment bankers and academics on the economic and restructuring environment in the PRC. Topics include the current economic conditions, distressed debt trading, operational turnarounds and cross-border considerations when restructuring.

Robin Darton will chair the session entitled The NPL Portfolio Investment Cycle in the PRC: from Origination to Exit alongside Clement Sun, Director of DAC Financial Management (China) Ltd in Hong Kong.
