Junior/mid-ranking Corporate/Commercial Solicitor (1-5 years PQE)

Tanner De Witt is a business law firm based in Hong Kong, which provides legal services to clients worldwide who have business interests in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific Region.

We are seeking a junior/mid-ranking corporate/commercial solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE to join our Corporate Department and take part in its continued success.

• The successful candidate will:
• have solid non-contentious corporate and commercial experience;
• possess good legal knowledge, drafting skills and common sense;
• be comfortable working individually and as part of a team; and
• speak and write immaculate English. Chinese language skills will be an advantage but are not required.
