Digital Marketing & Communications Executive / Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Executive


  • Daily management of the digital schedule for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Company intranet
  • Daily management of the log of website content, media coverage and social media performance that will inform regular reports to management, this includes being able to execute uploading all digital content including reports, insights, events and changes to the website home page and landing pages
  • Creation and delivery of firm’s content contributing directly to both content management and technical requests when required
  • Developing targets and KPIs with the Manager to include article engagement on the firm/partner websites, driving traffic and improving UX
  • Working with Manager to enable best practice across our digital channels, with a particular focus on accessibility and brand consistency
  • Continually assess and improve the firm’s SEO and recommendations to improve overall site performance
  • Ensure that all website content with firm’s collaterals is correct and up-to-date
  • Working with the Manager to create convincing and appealing creative content for campaigns, press releases, social media, and general marketing materials
  • Support with drafting of media materials and/or articles (includes firm announcements and releases)

Technical knowledge, professional qualifications and experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Experience within a professional services environment (desirable)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exposure to campaign planning from strategy to implementation (examples are encouraged)
  • Experience of writing for the media
  • Experience of digital content development, preferably from within professional services
  • Experience using communications and SEO/Affiliates tools (Google Analytics)
  • An understanding of website traffic analysis and best practices
  • A grasp of UX and digital accessibility
  • Track record of identifying and implementing improvement
  • Candidates with more experience shall be considered as Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Executive
