Tanner De Witt is a business law firm based in Hong Kong, which provides legal services to clients worldwide who have business interests in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific Region.  We are recruiting for the following position due to the continued expansion of our corporate practice serving Mainland Chinese clients:

The successful candidate for the position will:

• be a fluent Putonghua speaker who reads and writes immaculate Chinese and English;
• have a minimum of 1 to 3 years legal experience with emphasis on corporate/commercial and legal/regulatory matters;
• be a holder of degree in laws or JD from a university in the PRC or Hong Kong; and
• possess good legal knowledge, drafting skills and common sense.
