Biography
Carol advises on a wide range of corporate matters to both local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, shareholders arrangements, funding rounds and asset deals. She also has extensive experience in general corporate commercial matters, such as preparing and reviewing supply and distribution agreements, service agreements and licence agreements. She regularly works on banking and financing transactions and compliance matters.
Carol obtained her Juris Doctor degree from and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Carol is a native Cantonese speaker, and fluent in English and Mandarin.

- Assisted a seller in the disposal of a veterinary business to a Hong Kong listed company.
- Acted for a lender on the Hong Kong aspects of a US$700 million loan facility.
- Advised a syndicate of bank lenders on the Hong Kong aspects of a US$380 million credit facility.
- Assisted on a court free horizontal amalgamation between two Hong Kong companies with multiple intermediate holding companies.
- Advised a well-known medical equipment provider in relation to its internal reorganization.
- Acted for a Hong Kong company on an application for a money service operator licence.
