Our Restructuring and Insolvency Practice is a highly regarded practice that has consistently achieved Tier 1 ranking in Legal 500 and Tier 1 or Tier 2 ranking in all other major directories. Partners in the practice have also continuously received accolades from many reputable publications such as Chambers & Partners, Who\u2019s Who Legal, Lexology, IFLR1000, and Benchmark Litigation amongst others. The practice is one of the longest standing dedicated restructuring and insolvency practices in Hong Kong and the only practice with two Legal 500 Hall of Fame entrants, being Ian De Witt and Robin Darton who between them have almost 60 years of experience practising in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n
