                                                     <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carol advises on a wide range of corporate matters to both local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, shareholders arrangements, funding rounds and asset deals. She also has extensive experience in general corporate commercial matters, such as preparing and reviewing supply and distribution agreements, service agreements and licence agreements. She regularly works on banking and financing transactions and compliance matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carol obtained her Juris Doctor degree from and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Carol is a native Cantonese speaker, and fluent in English and Mandarin.<\/p>\n                    \n
