    Pamela is the Head of our Litigation Department. With over two decades of litigation experience in Hong Kong, Pamela has built a strong commercial litigation practice.\u00a0 Her exceptional work has earned her recognition from multiple legal publications, a spot in ALB Asia\u2019s Super 50 Disputes Lawyers, and the title of \u201cLeading Individual\u201d in Commercial Litigations by Legal 500 amongst her peers in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Pamela has extensive experience in general commercial litigation with emphasis on shareholders\u2019 disputes and contentious trust and probate matters.\u00a0 She also advises financial services providers and regulated individuals in investigations conducted by SFC and ICAC.\u00a0 She also represents clients in arbitrations administered by HKIAC and ICC.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Pamela regularly represents high-net-worth individuals, listed and private companies, conglomerates and PRC state-owned enterprises in complex and high-value disputes.\u00a0 She often collaborates with local and overseas professionals in cross-border disputes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Pamela was born and raised in Hong Kong and has studied laws in Hong Kong, Sydney and London.\u00a0 She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, the State of New South Wales in Australia, and England & Wales.\u00a0 Pamela understands the needs of international clients and often assists international clients in debt collections, enforcement of foreign judgments and awards and seeking interim injunctive reliefs in aid of foreign proceedings to multi-jurisdictional shareholders\/ joint venture disputes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Pamela worked in the Insolvency and Restructuring Department in Deacons in her early days of practice, and gradually evolved to become a general commercial litigator after she joined Tanner De Witt. Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, Pamela co-leads the firm\u2019s China Practice Group.<\/span><\/p>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n

    • Advising shareholders in a company in the air-racing sector in a shareholders\u2019 disputes where forgery by a minority shareholder is involved.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for a shareholder in a joint venture disputes between Belgian and Russian with infrastructures in Vietnam.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for a minority shareholder in a listed company in resisting removal of the current board of directors who oversee investigations against the major shareholder for misappropriation of assets of the company.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for a high net worth individual whose assets were misappropriated by former employees and joint venture partners, involving multiple concurrent legal actions and arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong and the PRC.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assisted a founder of a Cayman Island company, one of the world\u2019s largest independent mobile advertising platforms in the PRC, in a shareholders\u2019 dispute.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Represented an angel series A investor in a joint venture providing an online platform for the international logistics industry in an HKIAC arbitration against some founders.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acted for the sole heir of a deceased individual in a contentious probate action against the surviving spouse, with concurrent legal proceedings in the United States.<\/span><\/li>\n
