our established, independent Hong Kong law firm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate personnel records, including document scanning, filing and electronic management.<\/li>\n<li>Support the line manager with onboarding and off boarding processes<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain leave and timesheet records<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate recruitment and interview processes across all staff levels<\/li>\n<li>Manage end-to-end internship program arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with trainee rotations twice a year<\/li>\n<li>Handle visa applications and renewals<\/li>\n<li>Respond to internal HR-related enquiries from lawyers and support staff<\/li>\n<li>Administer rental reimbursement applications, MPF and medical insurance matters, including enrolment and termination<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and update fee-earners\u2019 CPD records<\/li>\n<li>Arrange internal CPD courses and apply for accreditation of external courses<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Law Society regarding practising certificate renewals, employee returns, notifications of changes and other compliance matters<\/li>\n<li>Oversee office inventory, pantry supplies, facilities and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Support office renovation projects and space planning initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Arrange services such as carpet cleaning and pest control as required<\/li>\n<li>Manage offsite
