href=\"https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap73!sc\">\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7b2c73\u7ae0<\/a>)\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5df2\u6545\u914d\u5076\u7684\u610f\u613f\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e0d\u662f\uff0c\u914d\u5076\u5219\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba2\u7acb\u9057\u5631\u6307\u5b9a\u5176\u9057\u4ea7\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5df2\u80b2\u6709\u5e74\u5e7c\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u7b7e\u7f72\u9057\u5631\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5728\u5176\u53bb\u4e16\u65f6\uff0c\u4e3a\u6b64\u5e74\u5e7c\u5b50\u5973\u9884\u5148\u59d4\u6d3e\u6307\u5b9a\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u65e0\u9057\u5631\u8005\u5236\u5ea6\u8fd8\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c1a\u5b58\u7684\u914d\u5076\u53ef\u83b7\u5206\u914d\u9996500,000\u6e2f\u5e01\uff0c\u5176\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u5269\u4f59\u9057\u4ea7\u4e2d\u768450%\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u5c1a\u5b58\u7684\u914d\u5076\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u768450%\u5e73\u5747\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u5176\u5b50\u5973(<a \u5982\u65e0\u9057\u5631\u8005\u9057\u4ea7\u7684\u7ee7\u627f\u4eba\u70ba\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u5b50\u5973\uff0c\u5c1a\u5b58\u7684\u914d\u5076\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u53e6\u4e00\u4eba\u7533\u8bf7\u9057\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u51fd\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u5982\u679c\u5728\u9057\u4ea7\u7ee7\u627f\u4e2d\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ee7\u627f\u4eba\u5219\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u6709\u4e24\u540d\u9057\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u662f,
