    Stephanie is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial and TMT Practice. She has assisted and advised on a wide range of TMT matters and documents such as data privacy, governance, and management. She has also assisted and advised on venture capital and corporate transactions. She also assists on wills and probate matters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    She earned her PCLL and Juris Doctor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Arts at King\u2019s College London and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Politics and Public Administration at The University of Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Stephanie is a native Cantonese speaker, and fluent in English and Mandarin.<\/p>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n

    • Advised a multinational car manufacturer acting as lead counsel in respect of a multi-jurisdiction data processing agreement review project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Advised on Hong Kong data transfer laws and coordinate with PRC counsel to advise on the Hong Kong law implications of the PRC Personal Information Protection Law.<\/li>\n
    • Advised a global professional services provider on a personal data breach matter.<\/li>\n
    • Advised in respect of several transfer impact assessments in respect of rights of access of enforcement authorities in Hong Kong to personal data personal data exported from the UK and EEA to Hong Kong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n
