    Jane is an Associate in our Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. She assists on various matters including cross-border liquidation, commercial disputes, and debt recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jane worked on a wide range of matters including cross-border liquidation, commercial fraud, shareholders disputes, arbitration, matrimonial proceedings for high-net value individuals, and a variety of commercial transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jane completed her JD at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Criminal Science and Technology at The Criminal Investigation Police University of China and completed a summer English programme at The University of Southern California. She also has completed internships at several law firms in Hong Kong and China and in-house at an investment company in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jane is a native Mandarin speaker, and fluent in English and Cantonese.<\/p>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n
