    Biography<\/h3>\n \n \n

    Jeeby is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. He joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jeeby has experience in various commercial and civil litigation matters including fraud and asset tracing, enforcement of foreign judgments, debt recovery, and contractual disputes. He acted for clients in making various court applications including summary judgment, asset freezing injunctions and Norwich Pharmacal disclosure orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jeeby also assists our Restructuring and Insolvency practice, acting for liquidators, creditors and receivers in various cross-border and high-profile insolvency matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jeeby completed his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Durham in the UK and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

    He is a native Cantonese speaker, and fluent in English and Mandarin.<\/p>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n

    • Acting for liquidators of a UK company against various defendants in Hong Kong in enforcing an English judgment and in relation to an injunction order obtained on the grounds of fraud.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for companies and individuals fallen victim to cyber fraud in recovering and preserving stolen funds transferred to Hong Kong through urgent injunction and disclosure applications and enforcing judgment by way of garnishee proceedings.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for liquidators of a substantial construction company which collapsed following the default of billions of RMB worth of bonds in various litigation matters regarding the company\u2019s broad and complex range of commercial deals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for liquidators of a BVI company in enforcing a BVI Judgment concerning the sale of shares in a company listed on HKSE.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for a state-owned entity in litigation proceedings involving a multimillion-dollar claim against a bank in Hong Kong arising out of various unauthorised transactions and related arrangements.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Acting for a shareholder in winding up a company on just and equitable grounds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n
