Insolvency Solicitor

The firm has a well-recognised Insolvency and Restructuring Department, which has been involved in a number of high-profile matters in this area. The Department is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with 4 years plus PQE to join this highly successful team and take part in its continued success.

The successful candidate will:

• Have solid contentious insolvency experience (commercial litigation experience will be considered);
• Possess good business acumen, client skills and common sense;
• Be confident, robust and eager to develop along with the firm;
• Be comfortable working individually or as part of a team; and
• Speak and write immaculate English, and ideally Cantonese and Mandarin.
