Rachel joined Tanner De Witt as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2008, having completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at Manchester Metropolitan University. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Social Science (Law & Public Affairs) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
