Nicolas Chan

Nicolas was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008. He specialises in corporate and commercial practice, acting for a diverse range of clients including overseas and local listed and private companies as well as international corporations.

He advises on merger and acquisitions; establishment, development and protection of business; joint venture agreements and other contractual documents and needs. He has experience in a wide range of local and cross-border business transactions and also provides assistance in foreign direct investment and other business arrangements in the Greater China region.

Nicolas is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He gained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong. He also spent a semester as an exchange student at the Law School of Duke University.
