Eddie has been engaged in general corporate and commercial work. His practice is focused on assisting clients to establish and develop business. He advises on the structure of businesses, incorporating companies, and negotiating shareholder agreements.

From a company's perspective, he deals with tenancies, employment agreements, agreements required by the business (which may include distribution, franchise, or manufacturing agreements), and protection of the business including registration of trade marks.

Additionally, Eddie assists businesses to develop in the PRC, including arranging for the establishment of representative offices, wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) and joint ventures.

• Property financing involving loan agreements, mortgage, rental assignment and share charges to secure HK$80 million.
• Sale of publicly listed shares valued at approximately HK$150 million.
• Establishing a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in the PRC in co-ordination with a PRC law firm.
• Negotiating licensing arrangements to develop an international brand name in the PRC involving an anticipated investment of £20 million.
