British Chamber of Commerce and Tanner De Witt Breakthrough Boxing - Title Sponsorship

On behalf of the British Chamber of Commerce, I'm writing to thank you very much for your support of the Breakthrough Boxing Event on Saturday, 9th October 2010.

Putting on this event would not be possible without the support of a title sponsor, and we were delighted to have Tanner De Witt on board again this year. We very much appreciate not only the financial support which you provided but also your efforts to promote the event amongst your contacts and clients, and your suggestions regarding the format and design of various elements of the event. Your contributions have helped us to continue to develop the presentation and the quality of the guest experience, which we hope will continue to enhance the reputation of the event.

We are still in the process of confirming the total funds raised for Operation Breakthrough, but hope to have raised over HK$300,000 through the live and silent auctions, and cash donations, which will go towards their work of helping to change the lives of at risk young people in Hong Kong through their programme of sporting activities.

Of course the event is important not only in terms of the funds raised for Operation Breakthrough, but also as an opportunity for the young people involved in the Breakthrough programmes to have a change to show off their hard work, to take part in a high profile event, and to see and feel the support and encouragement of the business community. We're following up on a number of offers from guests and others involved in the event who have offered on-going support to Breakthrough – demonstrating the value of this event as a showcase for the Charity.

We have received a number of thank-you emails form guests who attended, and we are looking forward to next year's event, which we very much hope you would like to be involved with again!
